This policy describes how Jang Mobile Tire Service handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact us for service. It describes what the site actually does today, and it will be updated if that changes.
What this website collects
Nothing, directly. This site has no contact form, no account system, and no newsletter signup. We run no analytics and no tracking pixels, and we set no cookies of our own.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any web host — records standard server request information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. That information is handled by the host under its own privacy terms and is not used by us to build a profile of any visitor.
Tire search and ordering (TireConnect)
The tire catalogue on our Shop Tires page is provided by TireConnect, a third-party tire retailing platform. When you open a page carrying the tire search, your browser loads a script from TireConnect and communicates directly with their servers to fetch pricing and availability. That connection is between your browser and TireConnect, and it may set cookies or similar storage under their control rather than ours.
Anything you enter into the tire search — your vehicle, your tire size, and any order or contact details you submit through it — is handled by TireConnect under their privacy terms. We see the resulting order; we do not receive or store your browsing inside their widget. Their policy is at tireconnect.ca/privacy-policy.
This is the only third-party embed on the site. Every other page loads no external scripts at all.
What we collect when you call or email
When you contact Jang Mobile Tire Service to arrange service, we take what is needed to do the work: your name, phone number, the location of the vehicle, and details about the vehicle and the problem. If you email, we hold that email. This information is used to provide the service you asked for, and to contact you about that job.
We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Analytics and future changes
No analytics tool is installed at the time of writing. Awaiting confirmation from the client: Do you want website analytics installed, and if so which tool? The TireConnect tire catalogue described above is the only third-party embed on the site. If analytics, a booking form, or any further embed is added later, this policy must be updated in the same change.
Access, correction, and questions
